Deploying clients must be done after or before the update is done? Because I’ll have the newest console version but all old clients so will those clients still listen to the console commands?

      Karl,
The client upgrade can only be done AFTER the server upgrade. Clients don’t listen to console commands, they listen to the server.

Well it’s hard to say what is best for you because it depends upon your infrastructure, business processes/change control, size of the environment, etc. I recommend reviewing the following information from Microsoft to determine what is going to best suit your needs.
